David holds degrees in communication and English and a master's degree in international relations and conflict resolution. He is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Strategic Intelligence.

With more than 20 years of experience in corporate finance, accounting, management, project planning, and economic analysis, he helps identify financial risks, evaluate business performance, and strengthen financial controls. As Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President, Dr. Ahyee supports budgeting, financial analysis, business planning, and the evaluation of growth opportunities. He holds a Ph.D. from Capella University and an MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management. Since joining the company in 2020, she has contributed experience in recruiting, relationship building, workforce support, and candidate coordination. Carla holds a bachelor's degree in psychology from Universidad del Sagrado Corazon and has eight years of experience working in educational environments with children who have special learning needs. Budget Analyst & Senior Project Coordinator

She brings extensive experience in budget management, financial analysis, project coordination, and government contracting, developed through work with multiple defense contractors. As Budget Analyst and Senior Project Coordinator, Talecia supports cost tracking, resource planning, documentation, schedules, and the financial review of business initiatives. She holds bachelor's and master's degrees in criminal justice from Indiana Institute of Technology and Wayland Baptist University, respectively, and is a certified Project Management Professional. He brings more than 13 years of experience supporting military, national-security, law-enforcement, and private-sector organizations through investigations, intelligence analysis, and operational risk assessments. His work has included overseas assignments in Kuwait, Jordan, and Poland, as well as assessments supporting critical infrastructure, executive protection, and emergency preparedness. James has coordinated multi-agency activities, briefed senior leaders, and led multidisciplinary analytical efforts in complex environments. His investigative discipline and ability to translate complicated information into practical findings strengthen the company's vendor-vetting, fraud-risk, and business-protection services.
Director of Defense Strategy & Enterprise Risk
Sean helps Genius Solutions clients turn complex market, threat, and risk information into practical strategies for business protection and growth. He is a strategic and technical executive with experience across the defense, national-security, and commercial sectors. As a Counterintelligence Special Agent, he supports vendor vulnerability assessments, threat modeling, and sensitive inquiries involving multibillion-dollar portfolios. An Army Reserve officer, Sean also brings expertise in international liaison, multinational coordination, and stakeholder alignment. In the commercial sector, he previously led a data analytics team supporting a $5 billion-plus enterprise with more than 5,000 employees. He holds a BA in Communication and an MBA in Finance and specializes in market intelligence, competitive positioning, enterprise risk, and global partnerships.
