David Keita is president and founder of Genius Solutions LLC. Before being named president, David worked in a variety of leadership roles, including deputy site lead on the Counter Rocket Artillery and Mortar (CRAM)system with GDIT in Afghanistan. Prior to establishing Genius Solutions, David is a U.S .Army veteran who served in multiple role in the U.S. Army. First as a power generation mechanical engineers, a criminal investigator Special agent and a U.S. Reserve counterintelligence Special Agent. His Army assignments included 7th Special Force Group, the 2nd Calvary Regiment and the 10th Mountain division. David earned a bachelor’s in communication from the university of Paris 13 in France, a Bachelor in English as second language and a master’s degree in international relations, conflict resolutions from American Military University. David enjoy traveling, hiking and spending time with family.

Cornelius Loock is an operations strategist and systems expert with more than two decades of experience in advanced diagnostics, logistics, and organizational leadership across South Africa, the United Kingdom, Afghanistan, and the United States. His background blends European-style precision, technical mastery, and strong operational discipline.
A U.S. Army veteran, Cornelius served over a decade in logistics and information technology roles, developing deep expertise in risk management and mission-critical decision-making. This foundation now shapes Genius Solutions’ rigorous due-diligence and research processes.
As CSOO and Partner, Cornelius specializes in operational strategy, AI-assisted workflows, systems design, and diagnostic-style business analysis. He is committed to helping entrepreneurs uncover blind spots, reduce risk, and scale with confidence.

Dr. Maurice Ahyee is the Chief Financial officer (CFO) and Senior Vice President of Genius Solutions LLC. Dr. Maurice holds a Ph.D. from Capella University and his MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management. His vast knowledge and expertise of corporate finance and management led him to be a key person of interest in the the field of corporate accounting, finance, project management and macro economic. He combines over 20 years of strategic and tactical financial expertise which help produce bottom-line results and financial strength to several companies.
Senior Recruiter
Carla Horta is the Senior Recruiter for Genius Solutions LLC. She joined Genius solutions team in April of 2020. Developing strong relationships both professionally and personally, Carla is a campaign veteran spouse who understand the needs of veterans and their family. Ms. Horta hold a bachelor degree in Psychology and works for eight years working for different schools with childeren of special educational needs. Carla holds an undergraduate degree in Psychology from Universidad del Sagrado Corazon in San Juan, PR. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her family. Carla has been married for thirteen years, has a daughter and two dogs in which spends her time off on hikes, going to the beach and spending great quality time with them.
Budget Analyst & Senior Project coordinator. PMP
Talecia Porter is the Budget Analyst and project Coordinator for Genius solutions LLC. Talecia joined Genius Solutions in April 2020. Prior to Genius solutions, Ms. Porter worked for several defense contracting companies as an expert in providing budget and finance analysis. Talecia is a retired multiple campaign veteran spouse with a strong background in government,ent contracting. Ms. Porter holds both her bachelor and and masters degree in Criminal Justice respectively from Indiana Technology of Professional Studies and Wayland baptist university in San Antonio Texas.
